Kathlene M. Smith

Kathlene (Seymour) Smith, 46, of Fulton, NY passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at home. Born in Oswego, NY, she was a lifelong resident of Fulton and attended G. Ray Bodley High School. Kathy dedicated her life to being a wife and mother. She enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Kathy was predeceased by her mother, Michelle Seymour; sister, Chelsey Scheirer and her grandparents, Harvey and Mary Seymour.

Surviving are her husband of 20 years, Michael Smith; three children, Joshua, Paige, and Ian; sister, Tiffany (Larry) Quackenbush; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be from 12:00 – 1:30 PM on Monday, February 16th at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a service to follow at 1:30 PM.
