Obituary of Kathleen Mary Starr October 11, 2016 Kathleen Mary Starr, 68, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 11 at Oswego Hospital. In 1966 she graduated from Fulton City Schools. She worked at Nestle in Fulton and Syracuse Community Health Center in Syracuse as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Kathleen was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Margaret Meuiner; husband, Daniel Starr and son, Michael Meuiner. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her son, Theodore (Lindsay) Starr of Baldwinsville; three step-children, Ann Sanford, Dennis (Shawn) Connard and Danny Starr; four grandchildren, Vanna Ellis, Cristina Connard, Bethannie Sanford and Jason Connard; two great-grandchildren, Dawn and Tyler; two sisters, Roxanne Hollenbeck and Diane Christianson as well several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery., So. Seventh St., Fulton.
