Obituary of Kathie L. Shattell January 18, 2017 Kathie L. Shattell, 66, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Upstate Hospital. She was born on September 10, 1950, in Fulton, a daughter to the late, Richard and Vivian Simmons Truax. Kathie enjoyed gardening, camping, her flowers, but most of all spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her husband, Frederick; two children, Kristy (Dan) Wyman of Fulton and Rick (Jennifer) Shattell of Fulton; four grandchildren, Dustin, Danny, Tyler and Hannah; two sisters, Sharon (Danny) Himes of North Carolina and Bonnie (Richard) Norris of Hannibal; one brother, Shawn Truax of Fulton and as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal. Burial will be in Ira Union Cemetery, White Cemetery Rd., Ira.
