Obituary of Joyce A. Brown Joyce A. Brown, 72, of Cato, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 10, 1946, in Rochester, a daughter to the late Oscar and Eleanor Page Garrett. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Frank Brown, Sr. in 1979 and step-son Joey Slacker. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her three sons, Jerry (Denise) Brown of Fulton, Frank Brown, Jr. of Tennessee and Jim (Tammie) Brown of Cato; nine grandchildren, Greg, Troy, Brian, Nicole, Jerry, Jr., Alicia (Tyler), Joe, Erica (Doug) and Courtney; many great-grandchildren; one brother, Gary “Butch” Garrett; one sister, Barb Willie as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 16 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, where a service will immediately follow at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
