Obituary of Joseph F. Tubolino Joseph F. Tubolino, 92, of Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Syracuse. He was born on November 18, 1925, in Watertown, a son to the late Dominic and Genna Reese Tubolino. Joe was a veteran of the US Army serving in the Philippines during World War II. He retired after more than 30 years of service from General Electric in Liverpool. A few of Joe’s hobbies included country dancing and gardening. He was predeceased by his wife, Rosemary in 2002 and three siblings, Francis, Marie and Dominic. Surviving are two sons, Richard (Kristie) Tubolino of Cicero and David (Marie) Tubolino of Central Square; five grandchildren, Kevin, Michelle, Jessica (Peter), Monica and Kayla; one great-granddaughter, Marianna as well as several nieces and nephews. All services are being held privately. Burial is at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
