Obituary of Joseph J. Gill Joseph J. Gill, 64, of Fulton passed away after a brief illness. Born to the late Harry and Audrey McDowell Gill in Amsterdam, NY, he grew up in Oswego, NY. Joe was employed as a maintenance supervisor with Huhtamaki, in Fulton, for over 30 years. He was a NASCAR, SU sports and hockey fan. In his free time, he enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his three grandchildren. Joe will be greatly missed by his wife of 41 years, Terry; children, Mary (Chad) Nichols and Sarah (Joseph) Cruse; three grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Tharaldsen and Karen (Fred) Spink; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chester and Marilyn Ford. Calling hours are Friday, June 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 29 at the funeral home.
