Obituary of John H. Webber John H. Webber, Jr., 63, of Fulton passed away suddenly Monday, April 2, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, JoAnn Van Auken Webber and family.
