John F. Watkins, 61, of Fulton, NY, passed away unexpectedly due to complications from surgery at Upstate University Hospital. Born in Syracuse, he was a son to the late Edward and Shirley (Miller) Watkins. John enjoyed fishing and was an avid bicyclist.
Surviving by siblings, Edward Watkins, Michael Watkins, Elizabeth Root, Kathy Truax, Gloria Radell, Robert Watkins, and Timothy Watkins; daughter, Sarah Overton; his friend, Michelle and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 12-2 pm on Thursday, September 4th at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
