Jo Ann K. Evans

Jo Ann K. Evans, 83, of Fulton, NY, passed away in Oswego Hospital on Monday, October 27, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Watertown, a daughter to the late Kenneth and Elizabeth (Brennan) Barnard. Jo Ann lived most of her life in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she worked as a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines. She loved the water and was always spending her free time on the beach. Jo Ann was predeceased by her husband, Bob and her sister, Sally.

Surviving are nephew, Todd (Marion) Naramore; her brother, Kenneth W. Barnard III; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In respect to Jo Ann’s wishes, there will be no services. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society https://donate.cancer.org/ in Jo Ann’s memory.
