Obituary of Jane A. Sivers December 6, 2016 Jane Arlene Sivers, 87, passed away Tuesday, December 6 at the Sarah Reed Senior Center in Erie, PA. Mrs. Sivers was a long time resident of Fulton, Oswego and Fair Haven before moving to Erie a couple of years ago. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Jane enjoyed her camping trips with her family and late husband of 54 years Louis Henry Sivers. She had worked in Montgomery Ward and at Mirabito’s IGA in Fulton until the late 1970’s. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 5885 in Oswego as well as the Oswego Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians. Aside from her husband, Jane was predeceased by her brother, Robert J. Newsbaum. Survivng are two sons, William of Erie, PA and James of Cambridge Springs, PA; four grandchildren, Zachary Ford (Mackenzie) Sivers of Rome, NY, Alexander James (Ashley) Sivers of Portland, OR, Stephanie Sivers (Anthony) Iesue of Cranberry Township, PA and Sarah (Georgiy Kotanchiyev) Sivers of Atlanta, GA; four great-grandchildren, Lucas, Jade, Sadie and Eden. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a prayer service to immediately follow. Burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton at the convenience of the family.
