Obituary of Helen E. Neivel Helen E. Neivel, 98, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at St. Luke Residential Health Services. Born in Clifford, she was a life resident of the Clifford-Fulton area. She retired as a cafeteria aide in 1984 after 26 years from the Palermo Elementary School. She was a member of the Palermo United Methodist Church and a former member of the Palermo Fire Department Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Neivel in 1979. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara (Ronald) Neuroth; sons, Donald (Joanne) Neivel, John (Deborah) Neivel, Kenneth (Deborah) Neivel and William (Cindy) Neivel; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 13 from 2-4 p.m. with the service immediately following at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Spring burial will be at North Volney Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing, may contribute to the charity of your choice in Helen’s memory.
