Obituary of Harriet H. Doss October 2, 2014 Harriet H. Doss, 83, of Kirkville, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, a daughter to the late, George and Alice Hamilton. She was a member of Believer’s Chapel in Canastota. Harriet enjoyed crocheting, making hats and blankets that have been donated through missionaries around the world. Harriet is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert O. Doss of Kirkville, NY; five children, Gloria (Rob) Lanning of Hannibal, Ernie (Tina) Harp of Rustburg, VA, George (Mary) Harp of Taberg, NY, Robert A. (Jill) Doss of Chittenango and Heidi (David) Lupi of Chittenango; one sister, Beverly (Levi) Tousant; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, October 11 at Believer’s Chapel, 2657 Seneca Turnpike, Canastota, NY 13032. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Doss may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, c/o Believer’s Chapel, 2657 Seneca Turnpike, Canastota, NY 13032.
