Obituary of Harold Romando Reynolds Harold Romando Reynolds, 75, of Oswego, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at home. He was born on April 26, 1942, in Fulton, a son to the late Leon and Cora Robinson Reynolds. Rom enjoyed many things in life but his pugs being his number one. He was predeceased by his brother, Charlie and two sisters, Janet Parsons and Bonnie Perkins. Surviving are his two children, Scott (Kim) Reynolds of Florida and Sandra Grater of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Brandon, Ashley and Kyrstin; two great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Madison; two brothers, Leon, Jr. (Marg) and Chester (Granda); one sister, Melody (Harold) Mann as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 10 to 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 15 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery in the spring.
