Obituary of Harold J. Pelo Harold J. Pelo, 75, of Fulton passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2017 at Oswego Hospital. Calling hours are 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday, March 5 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Graveside services will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney, in the spring.
