Obituary of Gary M. Hall Gary M. Hall, age 64, died on Wednesday, October 31, at his home in Fulton, NY, surrounded by family and friends. Gary was born on February 28, 1954, in Fulton. Gary was the son of Calvin Coolidge Hall and E. Shirley (Hogan) Hall. He graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School in 1971. Gary owned and operated Hall’s Electric Motor Shop, E and G Electric Shop, and Gary’s Pitstop in Granby. He also worked at Nestle. Most recently, Gary drove trucks for Fulton-Oswego Motor Express, prior to retiring. Gary’s true passion was NASCAR racing. He was an award-winning racecar driver in the 1970’s. He was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt. Gary loved camping, fishing, wood-working, gardening, his grandchildren, and winters in Florida. He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Beth (Graves) Hall; his sons, Daniel Hall of Fulton and Gary Hall, Jr, (Julie) of Orlando, Fl; his stepson, George LaClaire of Palermo; his daughter, Karen Hotaling of Oswego; his stepdaughter, Margaret (Terry) Graves of Mexico; his stepmother, Josephine Hall of Oswego; a brother, Calvin (Melissa) Hall of Oswego; a nephew, Caleb Hall, and several grandchildren (Jeremy, Ryan, Trevor, Angelina, Chloe, Jack, George, Travis, and Skyler). Gary is also survived by his Aunt Carrie (Hall) Palmer of California, Aunt Geraldine (Hogan) Kasparek of Fulton, Uncle Cedric Hall of Baldwinsville, and his best friend Richie, the family dog. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, November 6 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 7, at the funeral home with burial in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal.
