Obituary of Frank DeForest Vincent July 15, 2016 Frank DeForest Vincent, Jr., 61, of Hannibal, passed away peacefully at home on July 15, 2016. Frank was a strong-willed, devoted family man. He worked many jobs to provide for his family. For the past 10 plus years he had enjoyed working for Anoplate in Syracuse. Frank was an avid racing fan, spending many nights at the Oswego Speedway or following NASCAR. He enjoyed camping and family activities. Frank was a loving husband, dad, grandpa and friend. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife, Karen; six sons, Steven, Aaron, Austin, Ronald (Jenna), Nicholas and Jeffrey and one grandson, Braylon. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m., Thursday, July 28 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 3494 NY-31 Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
