Obituary of Evelyn M. Secor Evelyn M. Secor, 93, of Fulton, died Wednesday, February 7 at St. Luke Health Service in Oswego. A native of Fulton, Mrs. Secor was a life resident. She retired in 1988 from Nestle Company in Fulton after 39 years. Mrs. Secor had attended the Free Methodist Church in Fulton. She was a member of the Fulton, Volney and Phoenix Senior Citizens Club. She was also a member of the Quarter Century Club at Nestles. Mrs. Secor was predeceased by her husband, James Secor, Sr., who died in 1977; brother, Clarence Deacons; sisters, Luella Donaldson and Sophronia Shoults and grandson, John Elmer. Surviving are her son, James (Linda) Secor, Jr. of Fulton; brother, Wilford Deacons of Fulton; two grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday, February 12, 2018 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton will take place in the spring.
