Obituary of Ethel Pickens Ethel Pickens, 80, of Palermo, passed away on March 24th. Surviving are children, Vincent, Harley, Arline and Valerie Pickens; grandchildren, Elizabeth Webster, Michael and Garret Pickens and great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, April 2 at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
