Elizabeth M. "Betty" Giles

Obituary of Elizabeth M. Giles Elizabeth M. “Betty” Giles, 88, of Fulton passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Seneca Hill Manor. She was born on November 27, 1928, in Carthage, a daughter to the late James and Mary North Delair. Betty was predeceased by her husband, William Giles, Sr., in 1999; two daughters, Connie VanHorn and Gloria Giles; one granddaughter, Deborah Prosenick; son-in-law, Jim VanHorn and several siblings. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her five children, Betty (Vince) LaQuire of Fulton, Norma (Jim) VanHorn of Fulton, Billy (Shari) Giles of Hannibal, Kristine (Shayne) Cooper of Fulton and Colleen (Dale Bennett) Giles of Fulton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, August 14 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
