Elaine F. Abrams, 73, of Fulton, NY, passed away on October 13, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Donald Abrams, Sr.; two children, Donald (Missie) Abrams, Jr. of Wolcott, and Amanda (Doug) Clark of Hannibal; five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
Calling hours will be from 11-1 pm on Wednesday, October 18 at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal, NY 13074 with a service to immediately follow at 1 pm. Burial will be in Hannibal Village Cemetery.
