Obituary of Doreen L. Waugh Doreen L. Waugh, 60, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Oswego Hospital. She was born on May 8, 1957, in Fulton, a daughter to the late Willard and Myrtle Harris Emerson. Doreen loved playing her games on the computer but above all enjoyed spending time with her family. She was predeceased by first husband, William Peck and a sister. Surviving are her husband, Roland Waugh of Fulton; one son, Sam (Katie) Alfano; four step-children, Michelle (Marvin) Clark, Roland (Noel) Waugh, Jr., Terri (Teddy) Richardson and Lisa (Dennis) Furlong; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Dawn (Bob) Brown as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours or service. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
