Obituary of Donna Miner Donna Miner, 71, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth McGann Case; brother, Robert Case, Jr.; daughter, Kathy Becker and granddaughter, Brittany Miner. Surviving are her children; Jeff (Tabitha) Miner, Amy (Brett) Brien, Jenny (Dan) Miner, Raylene Miner and Raymond Miner, Jr.; sister, Sandra (Howard) DeMarco; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Donna will always be remembered for being a very loving mother and grandmother. To honor her wishes, there will be no services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
