Obituary of Donna L. Decker Donna L. Decker, 72, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday, June 10 at Seneca Hill Manor. She was born on June 27, 1945, in Fulton, a daughter to the late Donald and Louise Caruso Davis. After 34 years of service Donna retired from the production line at Nestle Co. She enjoyed gambling and going to the casinos. She is survived by her sister, Linda (Richard) Knapp; two nephews, Joseph (Karna) Falanga and Anthony (Michelle) Falanga; one great-niece, Thyge Falanga; special aunt, Barbara Davis as well several aunts, uncles and cousins. All services are private. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
