Obituary of Diane F. Lamphear February 18, 2015 Diane F. Lamphear, 53, of Oswego, died Wednesday. She was born in Oswego, a daughter to the late, Gaelen and Rosemarie Dingman and lived all her life in the Fulton and Oswego area. Diane enjoyed Bunco, putting together puzzles and going onto Facebook. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Robert E. Lamphear; five children, Juan Guzman of Watertown, Lisa Lawrence of Hannibal, William Lawrence of Hannibal, Laura Rose of Scriba and Richard Rose of Rochester; her siblings, Ron Dingman of Texas, Rose Powers of Mexico, Gaelen “Butch” Dingman, Jr. of Pulaski, Yvonne Fredette of Fulton and Ricky Dingman of Fulton; 18 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 24 with services to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
