Obituary of Diane C. Hall Diane Hall, 72, of Fulton, passed away on Friday. She retired from Novelis in Oswego and had previously worked at Comstock–Agrilink Foods in Red Creek and Birdseye Foods in Fulton. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and drawing. Surviving are her son, Daniel Hall; siblings, Carolyn Winden and Eugene Winden all of Fulton.
