Darcy L. Beattie

Darcy L. Beattie, age 63 of Fulton, NY passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, December 19, 2022. She was predeceased by her daughter, Megan Beattie; parents, Verner Draper, Sr. and Betty Brennan; and her sister, Flora Mae.

Darcy is survived by her loving son, Christopher Beattie; brothers, Verner Draper and Perry Draper; sisters, Donna, and Joyce; faithful companions, Humphrey, Bat and Marbles; and host of extended family and friends

Darcy retired from Upstate University Hospital after over 20 years of serving as a registered nurse. She enjoyed arts and crafts, antiques, decorating and frequenting craft shows. She enjoyed a nice campfire and listening to Irish and country music and spending time with family. Darcy was a loving mother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

A funeral service celebrating Darcy’s life will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY at 2pm. To leave a special message for the family, please sign the guestbook.
