Crystal M. Jones

Crystal M. Jones, a beloved member of the Oswego community, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the age of 46. Born and raised in Oswego, New York, Crystal was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and friend.

Crystal is survived by her loving daughter, Katlyn Jones, with her father, Chris Carey; her devoted son, Patrick Butler; her caring parents, William and Laura Jones of Fulton, NY; her brother, William Jones and his wife, Kelly Jones. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Despite facing challenges as a special needs individual, Crystal lived a fulfilling life. Her vibrant spirit and determination were evident in her love for bowling and her active participation in the Oswego County Special Olympics, where she excelled in various sports.

Crystal's life will be celebrated with a funeral service on Wednesday, September 30th at 12 PM at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Mt. Adnah Cemetery in Fulton, NY. Friends and family are invited to leave special messages and memories for the family by signing the guestbook.

Crystal's warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of many. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and the joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to organizations supporting individuals with special needs, in honor of Crystal's life and passions.
