Obituary of Clara B. Dial Clara Blaisdell Davis Dial, 91, of Oswego, passed away on October 11, 2017. She was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Davis and second husband, Leland Dial. Surviving are five children, Carol (Bill) Stanton of Zephyrhills, FL, Ted (Bobbie) Davis of Oswego, Wendy Davis (Al Graves) of Oswego, Michael (Bonnie) Davis of Winter Haven, FL and John (Lila) Davis of Fulton; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, October 16 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton, NY with services to follow at 11 a.m. Rev. Vivian Summerville will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on County Route 45 in Volney.
