Obituary of Christopher S. Lilly Christopher Sean Lilly, 57, of Oswego, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Friday, October 6, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by his family after a long battle with chronic illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles D. Lilly and Marie Lilly Spaziani. Chris was a 1979 graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School where he assisted the coaches of the football and basketball teams. He will be fondly remembered for his genuinely caring ways, his engaging smile, his disarming sense of humor, and his love of pepperoni pizza. Surviving are his siblings, Teresa Lilly (Carlton Hewings) of Rochester, Kathleen Leavens of Fulton, Mary Beth Lilly of Cicero, Charles Lilly (Cynthia Hahn) of Cortland and Mark Lilly of Fulton. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins. Chris will be missed by staff and friends at Oswego County Opportunities, especially the 12th Street Group Home in Oswego where he most recently lived. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 10 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 11 at the funeral home with Rev. Joseph Scardella officiating and burial following at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fulton.
