Obituary of Charles E. Tifft Charles E. “Cody” Tifft, 64, of Fulton passed away June 9, 2018. Born in Carthage, NY, he had lived in Syracuse and Chittenango before moving to Fulton. Cody was a proud U.S. Marine Corps. veteran who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was predeceased by his father, Charles L. Tifft; mother and step-father, Virginia and Erwin Switts; brother-in-law, Franklin Burns. Cody will be greatly missed by his wife, Violet; children, Terry (Rebecca) Burns, Joey Tifft, Charles Tifft II, Holly Winn, James O’Neal, Daniel Tifft, Christopher Tissier, Cryastal (Ray) Groff, William Tifft, Cody Tifft, Dakota Tifft, Christopher Tifft and Cheyanne Tifft; several grandchildren; step-mother, Betty Tifft; siblings Dora (Skip) Higgins, Christine (Jerry) Radell Kiely, Charles L. (Rebecca) Tifft Jr., Michael (Mary)Tifft, Tony Tifft and Kimberly Tifft; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
