Obituary of Charles F. Howland Charles F. “Charlie” “Chuck” Howland, 73, of Hannibal passed away Tuesday after a battle with cancer. Charlie enjoyed fishing, camping, woodworking and going to car shows. Chuck was predeceased by his parents, Francis “Frank” and Catherine Howland; wife, Dora Howland and brother, Bob Howland. Charles will be greatly missed by his companion of 17 years, Barbara Perrotta; children, Collen Vasquez, Lori Odin, Charles Howland, Jr., and Dannielle Howland; step-children, Linda Wardhaugh, Roger Wardaugh, Walter Merrill, James Perrotta, Pamela Perrotta, Brian Perrotta and Michael Perrotta; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Calling hours are Tuesday, December 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal. Burial will be in Roosevelt Cemetery, Pennellville.
