Obituary of Carlton A. Stevenson Carlton A. Stevenson, 77, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Seneca Hill Manor. He was born in 1943, in Mexico, a son to the late Albert and Hazel Richardson Stevenson. Carlton was predeceased by his parents; several siblings and longtime companion, Geraldine Qvarnstrom. As Carlton’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
