Obituary of Carl F. Burden Carl F. Burden, 61, of Oswego passed away at home with family by his side. Carl enjoyed watching TV, “tinkering” and collecting clocks. He was predeceased by his parents, Harriett and Robert, Sr. and son, Carl F. Burden, Jr. Carl will be forever loved by his companion, Karen Brown; girlfriend, Teresa Mills; step-daughters, Nicole Smith and Allison Gioia; close friends, Ron Abbott Jr., Louis Brown, Sr. and many others; several grandchildren.
