Bernice Hall-Nihoff

Bernice Hall-Nihoff, 96, of Hannibal passed away October 5, 2025. A lifetime Hannibal resident, she was born to the late Arthur and Anita Hall. She was an active 70 plus year member of the Hannibal UMC Church, where she diligently served as Chairman of the Administrative Board. Bernice enjoyed traveling with family and friends, including a special family trip to Disney World in 1990.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Kenneth Nihoff; daughter, Debra Sidman; brother, Richard H. Hall; great-granddaughter, Grace Sidman.

Bernice is survived by her son, Donald (Sharon) Nihoff, and their children, Christopher (Brenda) Nihoff, Kimberly (Wayne) Forsythe, and Jason (Stephanie) Nihoff; son-in-law, Danny Sidman, and his children, Danny Jr. (Rebecca) Sidman and Ashley Sidman; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Lorena (Tom) LaVecchia and sister-and-law, Nadine Clark, along with several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Monday, October 13, 2025 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal, NY 13074. A funeral service will be 11:00am, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the funeral, with burial to follow at Hannibal Village Cemetery, Hannibal.
