Obituary of Barbara A. Lyon Barbara A. Lyon, 77, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Oswego Hospital. She was born in 1941, in Fulton, a daughter to the late Calvin and Ruth Clark Austin. Barb loved gardening, flowers, helping others and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Lyon and sister, Alice Austin. Surviving are her three children, Kelly Lyon of Hastings, Amy (Marty) DuMont of Volney and Calvin (Gayl) Lyon of Utica; eight grandchildren, Derek, Tia, James, Crystal (Joe) Cox, Connie (Dan) Chrisman, Matt, Martin, Jr., and Sydney; 14 great-grandchildren as well several nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours are 3 to 5 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney, in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your charity of choice in Barb’s memory.
