Arthur F. Livingston

Obituary of Arthur F. Livingston September 20, 2014 Arthur F. Livingston, 74, of Chiefland, FL and formerly of Fulton passed away September 20. Born in Hannibal on May 24, 1940, Art had lived in Fulton-Phoenix areas for many years prior to moving to Florida in 1996. He had worked as a self-employed drywall contractor and artistic ceiling finisher. Art enjoyed spending time with his friends and singing karaoke under the stage name of “Fondel.” He was predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Helen Livingston and his dear wife, Edna. Art is survived by his children, Arthur Jr., Brian, Clinton and Deborah; a brother, Lee; four grandchildren. A calling hour will be 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton with a graveside service to follow at 11 a.m. at Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Co. Rte. 3, Hannibal.
