Obituary of Anna Belle Kielb Anna Belle Kielb, 108, of Fulton, formerly of Towpath Towers, passed away October 24, 2020 at Seneca Hill Manor. Mrs. Kielb was born in Fulton and remained a life resident. She was a communicant of the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Mrs. Kielb was predeceased by her parents, John and Jeannette LeRoy; husband, Michael F. Kielb, who died in 1952; her brother, Joseph LeRoy and sister, Emily Marion Parker. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Services will be private. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
