Amber Lynn Neivel

Obituary of Amber Lynn Neivel Amber L. Neivel, 39, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday. Born in Oswego to William Neivel and the late Cynthia Colling Neivel, she was a lifetime resident of Fulton. Amber graduated from Mexico High School and was a woman of faith, attending Crossroads Tabernacle, in Fulton. In addition to her mother, who passed away in 2016, she was predeceased by her grandfather, Burton Colling and uncles, David Colling and Gary Ryan. Amber will be greatly missed by her father, William; sister, Leaha (Corey) Smith; children, Lexy and Dylan Short; niece and nephew, Lily and Cylus Smith as well as many aunts, uncle and cousins. A calling hour will be Thursday, April 20 from 1 to 2 p.m. with a memorial service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
